54 Litres !!!

Reaping the fruits of our labour, 54 litres of the green stuff. This should hopefully see us right for a whole year and its another step to being more self reliant. Its been very hard work, more than we imagined ,but the feeling of producing something that is so expensive to buy in the shops makes it even more worthwhile.
I am now giving my self a 2 day holiday to recuperate and then on with the next project - Project Broken Water Pipe .

Ten trees done today with help from family and super Franco, a dab hand with the olive harvest. Still along way to go with the press booked for the 13th. We shall prevail.
